He told me that there are many Active SMTP connection about mail delivery temporary suspended and look back to my self error. and when I check my mail.log I see that it is doing redirect loop on my server and some of remote server many delivery temporarily suspended errors. I can use webmail to send and receive email from other services such as gmail, hotmail etc. But it is showing this error and active connection for loop, which I am very unfamiliar with. Kindly please advice me what should I do now?. To fix this problem.
