In IE it just says it can't load the next page. Does anyone have anything that might help? I've never seen anything like this, a program that refuses to be gotten rid of. They say they charge for phone support. I found some post of someone else's who also has Vista 64-bit and couldn't uninstall the antivirus or firewall, and they claimed that some program called you installer removed it for them.
