Anyway, its a HP Photosmart All in One 2610 . All of a sudden the error I'm getting is this --beeping sounds --" Remove and check Cartridge on Right" ok, I've removed it, hubby has cleaned it, etc... still nothing fixed. What are your suggestions? After an annoying hour with tech support only to be told I needed to buy a new printer from them, I found your website...looked at the "spring", and noticed it wasn't staying in place. I found some super glue, waited for it to dry & it WORKS! YEAH!!!
