Trending Now Answers Relevance Rating Newest Oldest Best Answer: In addition to filling the cartridge with fresh toner you also need to reset the gear inside the cartridge for the printer to realise it has been refilled. Open the front door (the one to access the toner). 2. Press the clear key 3. Press the start key 4. Press the down arrow key 5. Press the up arrow key 6. Press the OK key 7.
