You’ll know you are logged in because you will see “Welcome YOUR NAME” in the top right hand corner of the page. request for reimbursement of expenses If the form still isn’t pulling up, access it by clicking the “Email Us” tab at the bottom of this page, and choosing "Magic: The Gathering" then "Magic: the Gathering Online" then "Report an Issue" under Products. Fill out the following fields: Event ID:If you weren't in a sanctioned event at the time or can't find your event ID, enter 0. Click herefor help on finding your event ID. Your Magic Online User ID: Please make sure you spell it right so we can request for reimbursement form review your report as quickly as possible. Type of Event : Choose the option that best fits the tournament you were in. If you were not in an event, select Open Play. Subject: A few words describing what happened. Question: Tell us as much as you know about the issue. If you are reporting a card bug, tell us how to reproduce it or what happened in the game before the bug. Supply the Game ID if you have it - click here for instructions on locating the Game ID. If you don't supply a Game ID, send as much info as you can to help us find it, such as the name of your opponent. Here is an example: What Happened? Runeclaw Bear was destroyed by Titanic Growth. Steps to reproduce: 1. Cast Runeclaw Bear 2. Attacked with Runeclaw Bear 3. Cast Titanic Growth on Runeclaw Bear ... What you expect to happen? The Runeclaw Bear to become a 6/6. I encountered a bug while I was playing in a tournament. How can I get help? Unfortunately, sometimes things can go wrong in Magic Online that are beyond your control. In some situations we can give back to you your entry product http://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/mtgo-articles/bug-reportreimbursement-request-2014-06-03 (minus any prizes won) as reimbursement. Click here for or the fullEvent Reimbursement Policy. To apply, fill out the reimbursement form by pressing the big blue button above. Before you click, you will want to make sure you are logged into our help system. Once you submit that form, you should normally receive a response from our Customer Service team within 24-48 hours. If you are granted reimbursement, it will be added directly to your collection (even if you aren’t online at the time) and there is nothing further you need to do! But I don’t need reimbursement! What if I just want to report a bug? That’s fine! Both use the same form. The team that works on these requests will happily assist with bug reporting as well as reimbursement.
