Nagarajan K May 23, 2013 6:24 PM (in response to DEV RAJ) Currently Being Moderated Hi,Please refer below step for DTW connection with server.PrerequisitesYou have a local area network connection from your workstation to the SAP Business One server. You are running the Data Transfer Workbench on a server/client platform that is supported by SAP.To ensure you are on a supported platform, check the SAP Business One Supported Platforms Overview at http://www.service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700001241092005.Before using Data Transfer Workbench, make sure you have an SAP AddOns license. To set the SAP AddOns license, from the SAP Business One Main Menu, choose Administration License License Administration , and on the Allocation tab, select the checkbox for the SAP AddOns license. ProcedureChoose Start All Programs SAP Business One Data Migration Data Transfer Workbench .The Logon window appears. You can also open the Logon window by the following ways:Choose the Log On button. In the menu bar, choose File Log On .Specify the user code and the password of the SAP Business One company. NoteThe user code and the password are defined in the SAP Business One application to which you want to connect. The user code is recorded in the database as the originator. Activity is restricted according to the user privileges, as defined in SAP Business One. For example, if the user is not permitted to create A/R invoices, when the user tries to import A/R invoices, DTW blocks the import.End of the note.Specify the current SAP Business One server. From the dropdown list, select the SQL server type, MSSQL_2005 or MSSQL_2008.To switch to another SAP Business One server, choose the Change Server button. The SQL Server Login window appears. In the Database Server field, specify the IP address or the machine name of your SAP Business One server. NoteIf you want to import the source data to your local machine, enter (LOCAL) or localhost.End of the note.Specify the logon

on: Fri, 24 Jul, 2015 at 8:49 AM Troubleshooting tips for DTW import problems  Always run a simulation first. If you encounter an error, correct the template and re-run the simulation. You do not need to re-link the template to the object.  If you encounter an error during the import, try creating the same data manually in SAP Business One.  If the error message indicates an application error, most likely the cause is an incorrect field in the template data. Try to enter the same http://scn.sap.com/thread/3363260 data in the system manually. Check the spreadsheet data using the Source and Target Data tabs in step 5 of the import wizard. This is sometimes useful for debugging import errors.  Where a tooltip suggests a related table and the field is a code, you need to enter an internal number instead of the actual value. To find the internal number, run https://bluekey.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/6000029758-troubleshooting-tips-for-dtw-import-problems a query on the table suggested in the tooltip.  If you see the error message "The namespace of element (schema) must be from the schema namespace" this is a generic error message and usually means there is an incorrect value or format in a field in the template. Please note that Step 4 is not necessary conclusive. As either of the following are currently possible: your company database which sap business one you copied from a different server is set to use Dynamic Encryption, and your current server is set to use a static key -> setting your current server now to use Dynamic Encryption will still result in the same error message when connection DTW to that company Database (Generate a new Dynamic Key appears to have no impact here - 9.0 PL04) un-installing the Servertools, and applying the required settings (using a static key) via Licence Server->Configure Security->Security Settings->Encryption Key Management has no impact on a Database which is already set to use a dynamic key Scenario 2: Follow steps as perhttps://helpdesk.coresystems.ch/entries/20781833-Internal-error-131-occurred-131-183-FAQ-10062- or reinstall DI API (without first un-installing the current DI API) via the SAP Business One Upgrader solution As per official SAP Business One AdministratorGuide_SQL.pdf (see attachment below), page 144 (7.4.3 Managing Encryption Keys), "enabling the use of dynamic keys is an irreversible process". SAP has now created and released the attached Note 1882326 - Error code -8037 when connecting to DTW or DI API. 1882326 - Error code_ -8037 when co
