I was initially told that it was to do with the country code see: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/cl...country_codes/ The list in the link shows UK = GB However, it works for us when it's UK = UK (see below) For a workaround, we did this when we were on v14, and it's currently working on v16: For Paypal Express, set location: country code : "UK" = UK (Paypal)" In shipping, create a Zone called "UK - Paypal", and assign only "UK (Paypal)" For non-Paypal payment methods, set locations "UK-ENG" = UK (England Mainland)" "UK-WAL" = UK (Wales) etc... It works, but not perfect. We can't get away from receiving orders (eg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight etc) using normal England/Wales parcel prices... I did think of e
