This has to deal with the back up folder on the free agent drive instead. Due to the back up having at read only attribute this is what was causing many of the 2013 error messages in the log file. There have been many times counting at least 6 people I have worked with to correct this issue. Each time this fix has worked without having to start a new back up from scratch. 1. Open my computer ( Depending on placement of icon) Check your desktop for the my computer icon, or simply select start ( for xp systems, windows icon for vista and 7) then open my computer.2. Look for the free agent drive or drive letter and double click on the unit, this should then open do the drives contents. 3. Look for the Segate Backup folder and double click on this, this also should open the contents of the drive letter. 4. Once in the Segate Backup folder look for the backup fol
