Join Date Nov 2011 Posts 14 I would suggest going to device manager from Control Panel and expand the section which says port and check your comport settings. Make sure the port you are using is not already being used. You could have a USB mouse or a printer already using port 1. Please check your comport setting before proceeding. Good Luck.
