It's slower. It takes forever to load and often times out.You can't just click a box on the left to delete multiple items at once like you used to.There is more spam. There is a coding problem causing intermittent problems whereby recipients of an email from me can't read the email (which has never happened before). It's not better. And the customer service is not so great. Call them -- each person will be reading from a script. Ask for a supervisor. He or she will read from a script as well. Try to reach someone in corporate. Try to find the corporate number -- it takes some intense research. And when you finally reach corporate, the person you talk to will reroute you to the same IT Department that you spoke with in the first place.Email them -- and wait for a response. See if the response they give you actually addresses the problem you contacted them abou

I search the forum and many people http://imadethisdesign.blogspot.com/2009/10/1and1-webmail-down-500-internal-server.html encountered this problem, but I could find an answer how to fix itThanks 4 Comments sorted by Votes Date Added Vote Up0Vote Down joebordes February 2008 Posts: 6,937 hi,check if you have a .htaccess file in the vtigercrm directory. it could be that there is some unpermited directive there.if this is the case you may find an error on the apache error.logjoetsolucio Vote Up0Vote Down https://discussions.vtiger.com/index.php?p=/discussion/18591/error-500-internal-server-error-on-1and1/p1 ClearlyTechnical May 2009 Posts: 53 if you are running suphp (which you probably are if you are getting the 500 internal erro), then do this (or the like which will parse the suphp log file)grep 'warn' /var/log/suphp.logyou are then going to look for those warnings that match your directory where your vtiger is installed.if you can't see any warnings, then this won't help you. but if you get a warning saying something group has write access or something, then you need to change the permissions.usually changing the directory of httpdocs to 750 will do the trick. if you still get an error, then make sure your files are not set to 777 anywhere as suphp will not like that. instead (and vtiger shouldn't care) use 770 (if you must use 7's that is i'm just trying to help. what i am finding is that there is two layers to this puzzle. first trying to get the php.ini settings right, then the permissions for those servers that use suphp. now if you don't have root access, then you will have to direct your provider to this thread and see if they can help you.
is running out of memory. Solution: If you are running your own root, dedicated or virtual server this is an easy bugfix: You just have to change the php.ini of your server and provide more memory to your http://www.aurelp.com/2013/01/16/wordpress-solved-500-internal-server-error-at-1and1-hosting/ PHP installation. On a shared hosting server – like 1and1 you don’t have access to that central php.ini. But there is an easy workaround: Create a text file and name it “php.ini” (without the quotes ) and with a single line of code in it: memory=20M This file has to be placed into the directory /wp-admin/ within your WordPress installation.
