Retry, or cancel and return "A server error has occurred. Retry, or cancel and return to the previous Screen" error appears when going to "My Apps" when trying to find updates to current installed apps. I have never purchased an app, I'm just looking for updates on what I currently have. This was previously called "My Downloads" which was working fine before the latest 2.3 upgrade on Verizon. Has anyone else experienced this? I have already tried rebooting the phone and removing the battery. Share Share this post on Digg Twitter Share on Facebook Reddit! Mine was working last night after I rooted and installed Fresh 1.1 ROM, and now it's not working. I tried rebooting and clearing cache in market with no success. Going to try and reinstall Fresh 1.1 shortly and see if that works. The update went smooth. At first I cant sign in to android market with my google account. Then I tried to sign in to Youtube with my account and it went well. I can sign in to Gmail as well. The problem is, when i tried to open the Android Market, it opened the Term of Service window and it said : "Attention : An error has occured. I have search for solutions in the web and tried these :
-Clear cache
-Remove battery
-Remove sim card
-Turn off WCDMA mode.
-Turn airplane mode on and off.
-synchronize account
My phone is not rooted or customized in any ways. I havent tried to factory reset the phone since I am afraid I have to update it again from 1.6 to 2.1. Android without the market is just regular phones. View 5 Replies View Relat
