For example: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_05\bin Go to ‘C:\Program Files\Java' directory and see if there is a JRE directory present inside. If yes then that means you have installed only the JRE, where as you need JDK. If unrecognized vm option 'optimizestringconcat' you do find both the folders (JDK and JRE) present inside the Java directory, that means your system java is pointing to the JRE folder and its unable to find the jvm.dll file. To fix this, install the version of JDK that you require in your system and check the above steps 1 & 2.
