our chums at Sky anyone any ideas? The dish, cabling and box were all replaced a few months back when the engineer couldn't sort out another problem (turned out to be a faulty card so fortunately no call out charge!) and the bog standard box works perfectly (as always!!). Have a look at ( Services>4>01 Select ) the Default Transponder settings, and make sure the values are 11.778, V, 27.5. 2/3.
