I have a problem with my Dish reciever. Every time I try to watch some tv I get a message saying that my smartcard is not inserted correctly. I just recently got Dish too. Depending on the receiver it could be behind a flap or at the back. One worked, the other gave an Error 19, which means the smartcard is not installed properly. After many retries, I found that by looking VERY closely, I could see the clear tape that was used to hold the smartcard onto the paper instructions partially covered two metal smartcard contacts. I carefully peeled off the plastic tape, inserted the card and it worked. I pass this along to h
