FIDELIS April 6, 2011 at 6:51 am Hello, have you checked if your printer spooler driver is starting up automatically when windows starts? -- click on start -- click on run -- type services.msc -- find the entry for printer spooler entry on services -- check the start up status for printer spooler service -- if start up is not set to start automatically, change it so that it does by following the next steps: -- highlight printer spooler service and then right click -- select properties, and on general tab, find the following entry: startup type -- click on down arrow and on menu select automatic -- click on
