we still have another similar message generated every 5 minutes,but this one is for NT Authority/system account. I did a profile trace and found only report server is running under this account. I checked sql server agent job, I cannot find a job related with reporting service running every 5 minutes. What could be wrong, why sql server error 18456 sa user keep getting this error? And I don't think our sharepoint server is using reporting service, but not sure, how can I check this out? If so, in order to narrow down this issue, you can try to uninstall or disable SCOM agent temporary, after that check the effect.
