Trying to open a database that was associated with ACT 2008 from an older laptop. Recieved the lastest error, "Windows could not start the SQL Server (ACT 7) on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor and refer to service-specific error code 17113."Any idea what that means?
