We receive the above when using iNotes on R6.5.3 inconjunction with a R5 Mail Template. R6 Mail templates work fine. We are in the process of upgrading our users to R6 but it will be a lengthy process So a short-term solution to above is required. Both Server and Config documents for out SMTP servers have been checked and then re-checked for any errors. SMTP mail has worked fine in the past in a mix environment and no changes have been made to either the OS or Domino software. Any ideas?
