Please click the Gear icon in the upper right corner, and then click Sign Out. Wait a couple of minutes, and then sign back into QuickBooks Online again. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please let me know the exact error message that you are getting, and also exactly what you are doing when you get the error. We'll go from there. Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other I've signed out, waited a few minutes, tried again, from multiple computers. I get the same error message.... "Uh Oh. We hit a system error...". That is the error message from +-->employees-->Payroll. I then tried to submit payroll from the URL embedded in my payroll reminder email, which was sent from Intuit. I clicked on it, got to the employees screen. I clicked on "Run Payroll" in the upper right hand side of the screen and received the same error message, but this one has an error #. "Uh-oh. We hit a system error. Please sign out and sign in again - that usually fixes the error. If you see the error again, please contact us. Spam Profanity Threats/Abuse Inappropriate Virus/Danger Broken Links Other I also get the error message regarding a system error. Error code: 1444-7464-23821I have cleared my cache, deleted browsing history, etc. This happens on all browsers....Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Please confirm that Quickbooks is aware of this problem as payroll will be late. I get this when I click on the paycheck list after I have submitted payroll. No one is getting paystubs, so I'm not confident that the system is working as expected. donnahammond × Close Why do you want to report this?
