Paired T Test Example Problems With Solutions
• 30 United States brian.hermann • 30 wrote: Hi, I've been running some matched pairs t test on ti 84 RNA-seq analysis jobs on the Galaxy test server with PapAnu2 built-in and TopHat ran fine, but Cufflinks failed with matched pairs t test vs two sample t test the following error. I noticed the banner on Usegalaxy indicating some jobs were running on Jetstream and noted the job was queued for Jetstream. I couldn't find any recent posts reporting http://stattrek.com/estimation/mean-difference-pairs.aspx anything like this. Any ideas what I can do to avoid this error?
