detecting malicious files, same with spybot, however never got to complete a spybot rundll scan. before it would finish the porgram would stop responding. two messages would show up when i botted into windows: "RUNDLL error loading C:\WINDOWS\system32\sujegaru.dll the specified module could not be found" and "RUNDLL error loading c:\windows\system32\kolojebe.dll.dll the specified module could not be found" I followed the READ & RUN ME https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XcXGPUoT8wc FIRST thread, and did everything except the super anti spyware scan. when i did it the first time my computer shut down and the blue screen came up. so i rebooted and tried again, and i got the blue screen again. the message was PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA and a stop: 0x00000050 number. anyway, i've posted all logs and .zips except for the super antispyware. thanks http://forums.majorgeeks.com/index.php?threads/multipule-malware-infections.190441/ for your help, steve Attached Files: mbam-log-2009-05-24 (20-44-05).txt File size: 5.2 KB Views: 3 combofixlog.txt File size: 11.4 KB Views: 2 MGlogs.zip File size: 74.8 KB Views: 1 smssoleimani, May 24, 2009 #1 TimW MajorGeeks Administrator - Jedi Malware Expert Staff Member Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished): * Make sure that combofix.exe that you downloaded while doing the READ & RUN ME is on your Desktop but Do not run it! Virus Remover 2009 / Win32 Trojan ?/ Moved Started by OTC101 , Mar 29 2009 11:53 AM Please log in to reply 8 replies to this topic #1 OTC101 OTC101 Members 5 posts OFFLINE Local time:07:28 PM Posted 29 March 2009 - 11:53 AM I am new here and very clueless with computers, so I apologize if this is a mess... It seems that on Thursday the specified module I somehow got the the Virus Removal 2009 virus on my laptop. I have Windows XP, with IE7. I downloaded Avast and it isolated a bunch of issues, which I moved to its "virus chest" I thought the virus(es) were removed as the pop-up that comes with the VIrus Remover 2009 had stopped appearing. Then yesterday, my husband was unable to connect to our google homepage. The computer kept redirecting him to crazy websites. Today I can't even connect to the internet (I am on my mother's laptop right now). Upon start-up, I receive this message "RUNDLL error The loading dl32 specified module could not be found" I attempted to run Avast again this morning and the only infection it found was "Win32 Trojan-gen (other)" which I moved to the avast Virus Chest. I am at a loss what to do from this point on. I did try to follow some directions for the manual removal of Virus Removal 2009, but any of the files or registry keys it tells you to look for aren't present, so I am guessing this is a different virus? As you can probably tell, I am clueless with this stuff, so I apologize for leaving out basic info you may need to assist. Please let me know what I should try or other tips to provide you with the info you need. Thank you.
