The Specified Image File Did Not Contain A Resource Section
Posts: n/a Imagex /mountrw & "error mounting image the request is not supported" We have been unable to /mountrw (or dism add package /mount) any _captured_ images to add files, etc. Both the imagex cmd line and the BDD GUI tool report the same error. We have several captured images that have no problems being deployed,
Dism Error 50
and all of them result with the error: "Error mounting image the request is not supported" Using imagex with either the /info or /dir parameters works fine on the captured images (WIM files). We can mount "boot" images no problem using imagex. There is only 1 image in all of our WIM files. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated - thanks! Can you verify that this is not the case? "Research Services"
