Put https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17937436 it in to sleep mode last night as i usually do, ready for a quick start in the morning when i wake up so i can check my emails before i leave. Find out that its not connecting to Amsn for some reason or another, so i just leave it and go to work. Come home and have a play and turns out its not connecting to Amsn (says: error connecting to server - connection refused), Adium just doesnt connect and MSN for Mac doesnt there was think im connected to the internet.... yet im writing this on my macbook I havnt changed any of the settings and my router appears to be running fine (pc is still able to connect) Any suggestions? eddie101 View Public Profile Find More Posts by eddie101 1st Nov 2008, 08:15 #2 SentineL-X Hitman Joined: Aug 2005 Location: Cardiff Posts: 734 This might be a silly question, but have you restarted? 360 Gamertag : MarkAllf SentineL-X View Public Profile Visit SentineL-X's homepage! Create a new user account and try it out, if it works then its probably you're preferences which are causing the issue.... 2. Go back to your original account and quit every app, move com.AdiumX.AdiumX etc.... from the ~/Library/Preferences folder onto the desktop then test by connecting to MSN, if it works you can delete the file on the desktop and the other user account, if not come back here and tell us unknowndomain View Public Profile Visit unknowndomain's homepage!
