And she is able to use Firefox just inetcpl.cpl download fine. I also tried searching inetcpl.cpl and the search box of the computer. And nothing will open. I searched inetcpl.cpl and it opens up fine on my computer. But i am a admin on my computer. That user is a slandered user on that computer. The person that is having issues is using Windows 7 Internet explorer 11 I believe. But i know it's at least internet explorer 10.
