You computer needs to trust the certificate that it is connecting to, this is the Access Edge server certificate. Since your computer does can't sign into lync 2013 there was a problem verifying the certificate from the server not trust the cert, you will need to install the certificate chain (root and possibly intermediate certs) into your local certificate store on your home computer.Tim Harrington | Lync: MCM/MVP | Blog: http://HowDoUC.blogspot.com | Twitter: @twharrington Proposed as answer by Kent-Huang Wednesday, November 28, 2012 2:30 AM Marked as answer by Kent-Huang Thursday, November 29, 2012 6:17 AM Friday, November 23, 2012 2:39 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Hi, Your computer from home needs to trust the CA that assigns certificate to Edge external interface. If you use a public certificate, the client computer would trust the CA automatically. If it is internal certification authority, you need to install the Enterprise root CA certificate chain in your home computer.
