It used to go oui-10151 there was an error while loading library running process query upto 52% and then display this error: "There was an error during loading library : areasQueries" followed by two
"oui-10151:there Was An Error While Loading Library: Generalqueries"
radio buttons: one is 'Stop installation of all products' and another is 'Stop installation of this component only'. There is no error number displayed. The oracle installation just vanishes if
Oui 10151 Windows 7
you stop installation. This is happening even after physically removing the directories created by Oracle and also after removing the key 'ORACLE' from the registry. What can be done to solve this? If you used Oracle before on your system, then you must edit the Oracle Inventory File, usually located in: /var/opt/oracle/oraInst.loc inventory_loc=/opt/oracle/product/oraInventory Report message to a moderator Previous Topic: How to reduce SYSTEM tablespace??? I started installing 8.1.7 and then at 27% it stopped with the following message: Error loading library: GeneralQueries I then searched the forum for an answer and could not find one so i attempted there was an to reinstall. Now when i try to reinstall using ./runInstaller i get the following error: "Error in writing to directory /tmp/OraInstall0. Please ensure that this directory is writable and has at least 25 MB of disk space. Installation cannot continue." I set permissions for that directory to 777 and made sure that there is enough space yet the installation errors out with same error. I then did as my installation notes suggested regarding a failed installation. I tried to deinstall products through the OUI but i cannot bring it up because as soon as i type in ./runInstaller i get the error about /tmp/OraInstall0. If anyone has any clue i would really appreciate it. Thanks.
