An internal error occurred. jglamas Dec 20, 2011 8:17 PM Well, this question has been on for a long pdf reader time but everyone seems to ignore it, so I'll just give it another shot.I get this error when trying to copy something. Most of the time, if i ignore the error I can still find it in the clipboard.Sometimes I'm lucky and it doesn't happen (using the same document), so this clears that it has no copyright protection.Yesterday I worked all day on a document with no problems, but today I'm losing a lot of time dealing with the problem and trying to fix it. (hope this clears that I have all software up to date and no plugins missing)The thing is that I often work on asian character texts and ignoring the error does no good because all I have left in the clipboard is junk data (an example of copied text: ‘¾—zŒõ"“dƒVƒXƒeƒ€‚ÌLCA)If I try to copy again, sometimes it works (I have to try from 3 up to more than 15 times though), but I will get the error when I try copying the next word.I really doubt there's an instant solution for this, so all I'm asking is for you to stop ignoring this issue and try to release an update with a fix for this before people start switching to other programs.Pretty please??Thank youP.S.As you can see, no answersince 2008http://forums.adobe.com/message/1171929#1171929up to 2011http://forums.adobe.com/message/4064251#4064251 I have the same question Show 0 Likes(0) 52714Views Tags: none (add) This content has been marked as final. For mine it was idm that caused problem. (Internet download manager) If you don't have idm: check your os, is there any software on it that monitors clipboard... if there is, turn it off. share|improve this answer edited Sep 11 at 7:42 Davi

An internal error occurred." appears. The selected text is still copied to the clipboard, so the message seems to be more of a warning, but it's confusing for the end-users. This happens equally when copying via 'Ctrl-C' or with the mouse (right-click & copy). It is not a problem with the document itself since sometimes the error appears and sometimes not on the same document. This happens for all documents I've tried so far.Additional information: On the servers al

Another way to fix this problem is to install Foxit Reader. #2 Raffa, Jun 24, 2011 Modelworks Lifer Joined: Feb 22, 2007 Messages: 16,237 Likes Received: 0 I use http://www.tracker-software.com/product/pdf-xchange-viewer .Lots of features, free. #3 Modelworks, Jun 24, 2011 rivan Diamond Member Joined: Jul 8, 2003 Messages: 9,678 Likes Received: 0 Are your problem PDFs from a common source? It might be a cross platform encoding issue, though I do tons of cross-platform PDF stuff and have only seen that error a couple times. #4 rivan, Jun 25, 2011 (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
