Ensure that no other programs are using your audio device. Rebooting your computer will typically force programs to release control of your audio device. Confirm that you have the correct Audio Output device selected within Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing as follows: Launch a web conferencing session or recording Select Tools Select Audio Select Speaker Settings… You will now be presented with the Speaker Settings preferences dialog.
