Whenever she signs into her account (regardless of which iPhone she is using) her notifications don't work. She gets the error "Connection Error Your notifications could not be loaded at this time" Her chat doesn't work either she gets the error "Connection Error Unable to load your online friends". If I sign into my account everything https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204407 works fine. I have searched Google for hours and have not been able to find a solution for this. I don't think there is any way to fix it. Just hope they fix it. Leave a review on the app store or send feedback and let them know what you're experiencing. #2 FlwrPwer, Sep 10, 2011 Robbinhoodz25 Member Bronze Joined: Jan 31, 2011 Likes Received: 6 "I don't think there is any way to fix it. Once you have closed the apps, switch on the airplane mode and then Power off the device. Wait for a few and Power on the device.
