7 so I could use this service. I called up Blackboard support when it would not load and they told me to clear Cache, try downloading new deployment file, disable Windows firewall and nothing worked. They then told me to delete all versions of Java I had installed and reinstall Java 6. Here are the execeptions in the error message. Below I posted the JeNeLa report, can someone help me?
