Sign in to vote I have a .xlsb file to be loaded in unexpected error from external database driver (1) to the SQL server table and the total number of rows in it is 532620 with more than 50 columns. ms access 2010 unexpected error from external database driver (1) When this is used as source in SSIS i received the following error message, Error: SSIS Error Code DTS_E_OLEDBERROR. An OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005. An OLE DB record is https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/321003 available. Source: "Microsoft Access Database Engine" Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "Unexpected error from external database driver (1).". So for testing i had only 25 rows in the .xlsb file and tried to execute the package. The package ran successfully. So what is the reason for the error, is this only because of the volume of data or am i missing anything. Awaiting for your response.
