One day, without any changes being made to her computer or to the printer or printer server, she began getting the following error message when trying to print. An unexpected https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/24684304/Xerox-Printer-driver-Error.html error occured in the print driver. Close the current driver window and retry the operation. If she clicks Ok or Cancel, the error message pops back up several times. Also, after trying to print, the printer will printer nearly 100 pages of "code" as she describes it... I'm assuming it's just a bunch of symbols, not any kind of text. Other users can still print to the printer. The printer is hosted on Server 2003 Std. Ed SP2. The user is using XP SP3 (as well as the users who can print to it). 0 Question by:FloydTheDuck Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google LVL 4 Best Solution byjake_0011 I've been printing mainly on plotters (HP DesignJets) and ever since the PostScript drivers have been available I've always had good luck. I'll be quick! We have a Citrix XenApp 5 terminal server environment that we are moving to. We are using group policy preferences to push out printers to users (rather than our old logon script). We get an issue during logon where it goes:Xerox Printer DriverAn unexpected error occurred in the print driverClose the current driver window and retry the operation. 014:000:0633If you click OK, it continues on. an unexpected error Additionally after the logon the printer works.. so what it's complaining about I have no idea. The printer driver is currently on the server in question AND the drivers are loaded into citrix. Any ideas why this error is happening?
