I have a user who has a Palm phone that is unable to sync with Outlook 2003. Basically, one of two messages will come up with the title of "Microsoft Outlook Conduit" when I go to Hotsync Manager -> Applications -> Choose an Outlook item (Calendar, Contacts, etc.) unexpected error -> Configure -> Settings: a) The conduits were unable to attach to Outlook, possibly because the logon was canceled or because the default folder in the Outlook has been set to None. b) Unexpected error I've tried looking for the logs (which I can't find), searching the forum, and of Google, but I don't really see any reason why this manager unexpected error would fail. Anyone have any ideas? Here's the versions of everything: Outlook 2003 all patches Scalix Connector 11.4.3.8048 Palm Desktop 6.2 HotSync Manager 7.0.2 Thank you in advance! -Mike Last edited by dresdn on Tue Mar 10, 2009 12:24 am, edited 1 time in total. Simply deleting the Account and then re-syncing the Palm to re-create the account on the PC cleaned everything up. -Mike Top Display posts from previous: All posts1 day7 days2 weeks1 month3 months6 months1 year Sort by AuthorPost timeSubject AscendingDescending Post Reply Print view 2 posts • Page 1 of 1 Return to “Scalix Connect for MS Outlook” Who is online Users browsing this forum: No registered users and 0 guests Board index All times are UTC-04:00 Delete all board cookies The team Contact us Powered by phpBB Forum Software © phpBB Limited
