An Unexpected Error Has Occurred In Intuit Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions:
netsharegetinfo Intermittently Quickbooks will fail with the above error which normally indicates an unexpected error has occured in "quickbooks" : returning null qbwininstance handle a communication problem with the server. This user is on a wireless connection and there are two other additional users error creating connection 0 in dbconnpool::init(). on wired connections. Â Sometimes they have problems as well but usually it is just this user. This problem occurs once or twice a month to a month and a half. While I would think https://community.intuit.com/questions/1261370-event-log-got-unexpected-error-5-in-call-to-netsharegetinfo-for-path it would be a wireless problem, other wireless connections (internet, email, file access on the server) is not affected. What is the best way to troubleshoot this problem? Thanks. 2 comments × Close Why do you want to report this? desktops were a mix of XP and Vista and the server runs Windows XP, all of them in a workgroup. Everything worked fine for the last 4 months since we upgraded from 2007 to 2010. Last weekend we upgraded 2 http://forums.quickbooksusers.com/archive/index.php/t-32437.html of the desktops to run on Windows 7 Home Premium. Since then, one (and only http://www.eventid.net/display-eventid-4-source-Quickbooks-eventno-9613-phase-1.htm one) of the new Win7 64bit is crashing from time to time closing Quickbooks with no previous alert or misbehaving.. It just crashes and disappears. The other Win7 desktop, same model and configuration runs fine, no problems at all. Vista workstation also do not show the issue.... Checking the event log I could find the following error messages that unexpected error repeat themselves one each time when QB crashes. Any clues what may be happening? Any suggestions regarding what I should try to fix it?
