(tried bypass TCP/UDP protocol, destination address, source address) I tried to turn off all apps, still failed. do I need to reboot Untangle 427 unknown error after changing bypass rule ? what else can I do ? 01-22-2013,11:46 AM #2 bhackbarth Master Untangler Join Date Dec 2010 Location Wisconsin Dells, WI Posts 108 Be sure your Cisco VPN authentication password hasn't expired; if it has it will quickly disconnect your tunnel and throw the 427 error code. If that is the problem, resetting the password should fix the issue. If that's not it let me know and we can try some other things. Bypass rules do not require a reboot to take effect. 01-22-2013,11:09 PM #3 datdamnmachine Master Untangler Join Date Aug 2008 Posts 285 If your unit is in bridge mode, I would bypass Untangle itself and see if your VPN connects. My setup is: Internet <- Untangle <- Firewall <- cli
