Win srvr 2003 TomHowarth Jul 3, 2013 10:00 PM (in response to beetlejelly) when a failure occurs at 98% usually the machine has copied over, the vmdk's have been created at the target sight. you should be able to navigate to the target location and manually create your machine by building a new Win2K3 64bit Guest and mounting the already existing VMDKs as its disks. I am thinking that it is not recongnizing the root partition when rebooting, the error happens when the converter reaches 97% of the task. Does anybody have any idea how to deal with this issue. I attached the log files for more information. Any help is greatly appreciated.
