Hiya,Sorry for the delay, I've just got home from work.First, check the drain hose where it connects to the house drains. If onto a connection, take it off and check both the hose and the connection for a blockage. If ok, refit the hose.Put a dish in front of the pump housing cap.(If there is a drain tube, use that to drain the machine).Slacken the cap a little to drain the water.Tighten the cap when you need to empty the container.Once all the water is out, take off the cap.Remove the debris jamming the pump.Ensure the impellor can turn by using a screwdriver to turn it.Refit the cap and try the machine again.Hope this helpsLet me know how it goes or if you need more helpThanks Techdesk and other UK Appliance Specialists are ready to help you Ask your own question now Customer: replied5 years ago.
