So i open it and re close it still does same thing i have been able to send a fax about ready to throw this piece of garabge out what is wrong with it - [emailprotected] I have the same machine. First it displayed 6A00, then 5100. The ink cartridge is blocked from sliding into place. I don't see any blockage on the tracts and there is no paper jam.
