ERROR (0): H:\ NetGetConn error - (2250) win32 error code returned by the print processor 0x3f This network connection does not exist. Cause This issue can occur if there is a network connectivity problem with the file share, for this user. The connectivity issue may be intermittent, and may therefore may not always be detectable when the user tries to access the share manually. Answer To confirm whether a network issue is taking place, win32 error code returned by the print processor 6 the data directory for a user whose client generated the NSD should be moved onto the client's local machine, where the Notes executables reside. If the Administrator is running Notes in a Terminal Server/Citrix environment, and has the data directories on a remote file server, the administrator should move one or more of the affected user data directories from the file server to the Terminal Server, to rule out the network connectivity issue. Note: When moving a data directory from one location to another, make sure to change the path entries in the notes.ini to reflect the change in location. For example, if the data directory is moved from H:\ to C:\notes\data, the administrator should open the notes.ini for the user and replace all instances of H:\ with C:\notes\data. Restarted the printer and http://www.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21218491 the job pushes thru. After a couple of minutes, another print job gets stuck in the queue for the same machine. Same status, same situation. Restarted the machine again and it prints. Odd thing, the server is able to see the printer as ping requests are received and replied to. I've already did a cold reset on the machine. Connected my laptop to it via USB and cross-cable which resulted in successful https://community.spiceworks.com/topic/568502-shared-printer-suddenly-stops-printing printouts all the time. Even removed the printer from the server and reinstalled fresh. It prints during the first time then stops afterwards. Even a test print from the server itself gets stuck. Got this entry on eventviewer for the test page: "Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 2250. This network connection does not exist." The connection DOES EXIST as the server is able to ping the machine. For the offline status of the machine, I read somewhere that I need to uncheck SNMP. I did and it was back online, however, the print issue continues. Any ideas as to what might suddenly cause this? Check if they have SNMP enabled. If yes i would guess that, that is your problem. If not maybe you need to reconsider about the drivers that you have installed. 1 Habanero OP Randy1699 Aug 25, 2014 at 11:48 UTC Any patch updates? Verify print drivers are curren

The service is likely running in a user account (usually the SYSTEM account, unless configured otherwise) that does not have the X drive letter mapped to anything. If you need to unmap a drive letter that belongs to another user account, your service will need to impersonate that user first. share|improve this answer answered Mar 8 '11 at 7:31 Remy Lebeau 231k13141269 I am impersonating that user in service by clicking on Logon and providing administator a/c details but it is not working it seems –Swapnil Gupta Mar 8 '11 at 12:04 @Swapnil: Does the admin account you are using actually have an X: drive letter mapped? Are you sure your service is running in the same user account that your MFC app is running in? Have you tried impersonating the user account in code and then loading its profile via LoadUserProfile() so the drive mappings are loaded? –Remy Lebeau Mar 11 '11 at 1:00 add a comment| Your Answer draft saved draft discarded Sign up or log in Sign up using Google Sign up using Facebook Sign up using Email and Password Post as a guest Name Email Post as a guest Name Email discard By posting your answer, you agree to the privacy poli

Posted on 2008-04-04 Printers and Scanners TCP/IP Peripherals 2 Verified Solutions 15 Comments 4,409 Views Last Modified: 2010-04-21 I am unable to print to our Lexmark C750dn printer over our LAN. I have configured the printer correctly (as far as I can see) - I assigned it an IP Address, Mask and Gateway, I can ping it without problem, I can even "talk" to it using the MarkNet Printer Configuration Software. However when I attempt to print to the server after setting up the printer in any of our machines, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP - the print times out and reports a generic printer error - nothing of value is reported in the machines logs. I contacted Lexmark Support and here is what they said to do: 1.Turn the printer OFF 2.Press and Hold RIGHT + SELECT + GO Menu buttons simultaneously. 3.Turn the printer ON. Relase the buttons once it shows resttings factory defaults. Now try priting. --- Then after I told them that I did that already; they said to try this: Go to printers folder. Select the lexmark driver, right click on it and then click on Properties.Select Ports tab. Click on Add Port, select Lexmark Enhanced TCP/IP port, click on New port.Click on Port Name ,IP address of the printer.Click on Ok. Now try to print. If it does not help then please try to install a system driver and then try to print. --- I have tried using the Standard TCP/IP Port as well as the Lexmark Network Port and neither seems to make a difference. I should add that printing via USB is not an issue, and I realize I could just share it via the machine it's connected to; however I purchased the printer with the NIC so that I could use it over the network. I have pretty much given up on Lexmark being able to help with this. This issue has been on my "list of things to do" for quite some time, any help would be greatly appreciated. 0 Question by:Axcess Internet® Facebook Twitter Li
