Chinmay Sarupria June 23, 2013 at 5:09 am These files open because they are in the Startup folder. To prevent this from opening 1) Open My Computer 2) Search for "Startup" without the quotes. You will see a folder named Startup. 3) Open that and locate those two desktop.ini files. 4) Delete them.
