Microsoft Enterprise Search > FAST Products (pre-2010) Question 0 Sign in to vote When I try to scan a document on an HP Officejet 6310 All-in-one printer/fax/scaner and send it to my PC, I get an error that says the DocProc.msi file can not be found. I am running Windows 7 and the HP Photosmart software is not compatible with Windows 7. HP recommended downloading and installing HP Product Creations which is compatible with Windows 7. I don't know if these are creating the problem. What is the purpose of theDocProc.msifile? Where do I find the file and how do I install it? HELP. Thursday, September 08, 2011 8:55 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Hi Ricardo, This appears to be a duplicate post, but I will post the same response to this thread as well. This issue does not appear to be with the Fast ESP product, and is related to the HP printer. When searching on bing for docproc.msi, there are several hits showing HP printer users encountering this issue: http://www.bing.com/search?q=DocProc.msi+&qs=n&sk=&sc=6-12&form=QBLH Good luck!
