I didn't http://www.fixkb.com/2015/02/could-not-load-file-or-assembly-mom-implementation-or-its-dependencies.html uninstall first but did determine my card was a 4350 HD. I am surprised that NOBODY has figured this out yet, but here we go. Steps to fix CCC from not opening: 1) Go to C:\windows\Assembly 2) Right click on each listing that starts with either ACE, CCC, or MOM and select uninstall. 3) Relaunch CCC (Catalyst Control Center) Done.
