Error 31 Started by koolx , Oct 22 2012 03:46 AM Please log in to reply 1 reply to this topic #1 koolx koolx Members 4 posts OFFLINE Local time:04:53 PM Posted 22 October 2012 - 03:46 AM i got xp pro sp3. i restored my computer recently. before i did, i was able to connect my Samsung phone to it via USB. but after i restored my computer, i now get an error 31: "a device attached to the system is not functioning windows driver foundation - user-mode driver framework."the problem is that Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework. gives me this error when i try to start the service. and i dont see this driver listed in Device Manager. how do i get the service, Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework, to start?
