Clusterwas set up by OS team. We have installed successfully Oracle 11.2.0.2 software and Oracle Fail Safe 3.4.2 on both notdes.We have installed First Node configuration successfully.Now we started the DB instance on First Node and we are facing issue in the pahse "Configure Oracle Server Network". how to start tns listener in oracle 11g in windows It saying cannot start Oracle Listner.
