I can not start Windows Firewall, Diagnostic Policy Service, Diagnostic Service Host, or Diagnostic System Host. When I try and start them manually in services.msc, it gives me Error Code 5: Access denied. Both BFE and Windows Firewall Authorization driver are running. I am logged in as an administrator, windows could not start the windows firewall on local computer windows 10 and I have already allowed full control of these services for the Administrator accounts and the user "SYSTEM" in Regedit. Add filters: Image path contains "svchost" then Include. Result contains "access". Try to start the firewall - it will show you cause - the access error on the registry key (e.g. "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SharedAccess").
