Host. When I try and start them manually in services.msc, it gives me Error Code 5: Access denied. Both BFE and Windows Firewall Authorization driver are running. I am logged in as an administrator, and I have already allowed full control of these services for the Administrator accounts and the user "SYSTEM" in Regedit. If you need more information, please let me know.
