This message means that RealPlayer/RealTimes windows media player audio codec pack could not recognize a file that you tried to access. I was able to play them just a few weeks ago but now for some reason they stop as soon as they open up. They will play in sound recorder, Real player but not wmp. Wmp will still play videos and .wma files. If I put all my music files windows media player in the play list, it will skip down through all the .wav files until it finds a .wma. Most of these files were created by me using sound recorder and they all worked a few weeks ago. Im running XP Pro, SP2 with all updates.
