By rdennis · 9 years ago Hello Everyone, I've searched and found similar issues, but this one is interesting.I am trying to remote desktop connect to a win2k3 server http://www.techrepublic.com/forums/discussions/the-rpc-server-is-unavailable-windows-server-2003/ in our domain. When doing so I get the following error:The RPC server is unavailable. Please try again or consult your system administrator.I was able to connect fine until today, the only changes have been an installation of SQL Server 2005 and a recruiting tool called WinSearch. I enter user name and password, and it hangs for about an hour. Any ideas? Thanks Share Flag This conversation is currently closed to new comments. 21 total posts (Page 1 of 3) 01 | 02 | 03 Next + Follow this Discussion · | Thread display: Collapse - | Expand + All Answers Collapse - Same Problem Here by nicrichardson · 9 years ago In reply to The RPC server is unavail ...
