to PC using Bluetooth adapter Jason Rittimann Apr 17, 2013 01:17PM CDT I just bought the Sound Kick and since my http://support.soundfreaq.com/customer/portal/questions/964766-connecting-sound-kick-to-pc-using-bluetooth-adapter laptop (Windows 7) did not have bluetooth from the factory, I purchased a rocketfish bluetooth usb adapter. It finds the Sound Kick no problem, but when it tries https://cycling74.com/forums/topic/typical-ad_mme-stopping-due-to-error/ to connect to the speaker, I get the following error: "Adding the device failed resulting in an unknown error. The reported error code is 0x80004005. Contact your windows xp device manufacturer for assistance." The error code is a generic one, and I have searched the internet and tried all the purported solutions to no avail. Has this been seen before? Is there a fix? Thank you!
