I cannot access the standard mode or safe mode on my computer because either way ends up restarting the computer before windows loads. I took the computer to Best Buy and they checked the hard drive and there appears to be nothing wrong with the hard drive. I have tried to find someone who posted about the specific problem that I have but everyone else seems to be able to get into safe mode at least. The following is the messege on the blue screen of death: A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these stops: Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or backup utilities, check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.
